MIXED REACTION FROM US RETAILERS TO DC'S INTENTION TO FIND ALTERNATIVE DISTRIBUTION

On Friday Newsarama reported that DC Comics will begin rolling out new product on April 28th using non-Diamond distribution. This hasn't been universally well received by US retailers. Some regard working through new and untested distributors who only handle one publisher as an unwanted hassle, others are annoyed because they feel that they are being pressured to re-open their stores before they feel that it is safe to do so.

We'll see how this pans out.
